UCITS IV - Key Investor Information Document (KIID)
In order to bring consistency in the presentation of UCITS funds’ performance across the EU, one of the key changes introduced in UCITS IV is to mandatorily replace the Simplified Prospectus with Key Investor Information Document (KIID). CESR issued the final guidelines for KIIDs in December 2010 specifying the format and content for the KIID.
As a result, asset managers across the EU are facing the challenge of generating a large volume of documents to meet the July 2011 deadline. Amba provides end-to-end solutions for generating and maintaining KIIDs. Our team of analysts gathers qualitative and quantitative data required for KIID generation and then employs our in-house developed solution to automate the KIID generation process.
