Senior/Associate Editors – Fixed Income/Investor Communications/Market Updates
We are looking for experienced editors with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team.
The Amba editor plays a central role in
- Ensuring reports meet international standards and are clear, concise, and accurate
- Editing investment research reports and presentations for content, style, and language, liaising closely with analysts to produce a high-quality product
- Checking final documents to ensure that all information is clear and accurate
- Making sure tables/graphics are laid out according to guidelines
To apply for this position, candidates will ideally need to have
- Excellent English editing skills with proven ability to improve the quality of work under tight deadlines, and the ability to handle multiple research reports
- General capital markets and business knowledge
- Prior experience in editing fixed income market reports/investor communications/market updates is desirable, but not a deal-breaker
- At least 3 years’ experience in editing investment research reports
- Understanding of US English
- Strong MS Word skills
- Keen attention to detail and the motivation to improve skill set based on client feedback
- Good communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management, analysts and onshore clients
- The ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team
- The willingness to be continually learn new financial concepts and expand their knowledge base
