Kislay Kanth (BE, MBA) is Director and Deputy Country Manager of the Costa Rica operations. He has over 10 years of sell- and buy-side capital markets experience. As a senior analyst for DSP, Merrill Lynch, and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, he researched the Indian telecoms, technology, and media sectors. Kislay was part of the #1 rated regional telecoms team at Merrill Lynch. On the buy side, he worked with venture capital/private equity teams at GE Capital Services and 2i Capital.

Kislay holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta, a BE in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee, and a post-graduate Diploma in Management. He was also a lecturer in finance at the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, and acted in an advisory role to Doric Capital, India BPO office, Verve Consulting (India), Strategic Interventions India (Pvt.) Ltd., and Marchmont Financial Services (India).
