Andrew is a Co-Founder and Managing Director and is responsible for European and Asian sales as well as managing human resources at Amba Research. Clients benefit from Andrew’s 16 years of capital markets experience including recruiting and managing research analysts for top firms in Asia.

Before co-founding Amba Research, Andrew was Head of Asia Research, and Asia strategist at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. (Formerly Jardine Fleming). Andrew's last industry position at the firm was Head of Asia and Deputy Head of Asia Pacific Research at JP Morgan and for four years, Andrew was responsible for all graduate and MBA recruitment.

Prior to JP Morgan, Andrew was an analyst and then Head of Research for JF Securities in Thailand. Andrew managed a Thailand Country Research team which was ranked No.1 in Institutional Investor, Euromoney and Asiamoney and managed the Institutional Investor No. 3 ranked Asia Strategy team.

Andrew started his career as an officer in the British Army and then at Barclays Bank. He is a graduate of Nottingham University and the London Business School.
