Amba Research was among the top 20 companies at the recently concluded HRM awards in Sri Lanka. Amba Research Lanka was the youngest and the smallest (in staff strength) to win such an award. The HRM Awards are conducted every two years by the Association of Human Resource Professionals (HRP) in partnership with Hewitt Associates, India. The evaluation process of the Awards places emphasis on the efforts and strategies adopted by companies in the past two years to improve HR processes.
